The difference between 6225 and 6335 lies in the design.
6225 masks are flat folded (sometimes also referred to as fish style) while the 6335 are vertical folded. The 6225 have a 3-panel design while the 6225 have a 2-panel design.
In terms of protection, both these masks provide the same level of protection.

The main difference between KN95 and N95 is that KN95 is a Chinese standard, while the N95 follows either the NIOSH certification for US or Health Canada Guidelines for Canada (Health Canada guidelines are more stringent that NIOSH, just FYI).
The other difference is that KN95 does not test for BFE or blood penetration, which is a requirement for N95.

5616 are the ASTM Level 1 mask; 5622 are the ASTM Level 2 mask and 5633 are the ASTM level 3 masks.
All 3 styles of masks look similar when you look at them. The difference lies with the middle layer which is the filter. The ASTM Level 1 masks provide the least protection, while the ASTM Level 3 masks provide the maximum protection. The protection is measured in terms of below parameters:

• BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency)
• PFE (Particulate Filtration Efficiency)
• Splash resistance (Blood Resistance)

Below is a chart that shows the difference in performance on the 3 styles of pleated masks.

In terms of protection, we can see from chart above that in terms of BFE, PFE and splash resistance; higher the ASTM level of mask, better is the protection.

Differential pressure of the ASTM Level 1 masks is better than the Level 2 and Level 3 – this means that they provide the least breathing resistance.
