President’s Message 2026 by Ron Pecchioli

As we reflect on the past year, I am proud of the progress RONCO Safety has made across our global operations, product portfolio, and long-term strategic initiatives. This year marked another important chapter in our continued growth, driven by innovation, operational expansion, and a strong commitment to our customers.

This year marked a key milestone as Ronco Disposable Products Ltd. officially became RONCO Safety Ltd. Since our founding in 1996 as a disposable glove manufacturer, we have evolved into a full-service safety company offering comprehensive Head, Hand, and Body PPE solutions. Our new name reflects who we are today and the markets we serve.

We continued to expand our presence in industrial markets, strengthening and growing our product lines that deliver reliable protection while supporting productivity and safety, to meet the evolving needs of end users across manufacturing, construction, and MRO environments.

To support our growing international footprint, we relocated our distribution center in Romania to a new, larger facility, increasing capacity, efficiency, and enhanced service levels across Europe. We participated in the A+A trade show, strengthening customer relationships and building new partnerships.

Our Vietnam office continues to play a key role in international business development, reinforcing RONCO’s global sourcing, coordination, and customer support capabilities. At the same time, RONCO Manufacturing in China continues to grow, supporting increased production capacity, quality control, and supply continuity across our core product categories.

Sustainability remained a major focus this year with the launch of RONCO Recycle, a program designed to support responsible PPE disposal and measurable waste diversion. This initiative while reflecting our broader commitment to environmental responsibility, helps our customers champion their sustainability goals.

Education and knowledge-sharing also advanced significantly with the continued expansion of RONCO University, with enhanced functionality and new French-language modules, strengthening product knowledge, safe use, and customer partnerships.

None of this progress would be possible without the dedication of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the strength of our partners. As we look ahead, RONCO remains focused on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering long-term value across every market we serve.

Looking ahead to 2026, technology integration and automation will be central to how we enhance customer experience. We are investing in smarter, more connected systems across manufacturing, distribution, and customer-facing operations. By leveraging automation strategically, RONCO will continue to deliver seamless, dependable protection solutions that help our customers operate more safely and efficiently.
