President’s Message 2024 by Ron Pecchioli

As we close the chapter on 2023, I am grateful for our collective resilience in overcoming market challenges. Despite economic uncertainties, RONCO emerged stronger.

Sustainability remained a priority in 2023, which is why we expanded our eco-friendly product line, RONCO Earth. We added a thicker gauge nitrile glove to our biodegradable line and expanded the colours to now include purple, fluorescent green and blue. Towards the tail end of 2023, we proudly introduced the world’s first rPET vinyl gloves – made of plastic bottles.

As we move into 2024, we pledge to continue this sustainability journey, bringing newer technologies and more eco-friendly practices to the forefront of our business.

This year, our dedication to innovation shone. We launched RONCO University, a 24/7 online PPE training resource designed to empower our customers with knowledge and expertise.

We also expanded our footprint in the Eastern part of Canada through our new partner that represents us, JNP Enterprises.

2023 also saw the launch of VendPack – new era of convenience, reduced wastage and sustainability in vending machine ready PPE. Within a year, we have expanded our product offering to include products from each of our categories – head, hand and body protection.

As our focus continues on manufacturing, we have plans for expansion of our non-woven manufacturing facilities to meet growing demand. We will continue excelling in the industrial marketplace through innovative product introductions and newer technologies to make PPE that is not only high performing but also comfortable and long-lasting.

Excitingly, I am thrilled to announce that our first European Distribution Center is set to become operational by Q2 in Romania. This strategic move will significantly boost our international market expansion, allowing us to serve our global customers more efficiently and effectively.

As we reflect on the accomplishments of 2023, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to each member of the RONCO family – our dedicated team and our loyal customers, vendors, and other partners. Your unwavering support and commitment have been instrumental in our success.
